Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority mail, based on the weight of your order. Orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days. Tracking information will be provided to the email address you provided at checkout. 

Once shipped, the tracking and location of your order is the responsibility of USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim or to report a lost or stolen package. 

Shipping, at this time, is only available through the U.S.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

Items are secondhand and as such may show slight signs of wear. Any noticeable flaws will be noted in the corresponding listing details.

If an item is found to be damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at thisgracefulbeauty@gmail.com

Porch pick-up is available for locals. Please select pick-up at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is available for pick-up.
